The AMS electric monorail system features a design based on a single extruded aluminium section, ensuring a clean, quiet operation along with durability and adaptability. Each carrier in the AMS series is equipped with an individual drive unit, allowing for variable speed control. Additionally, carriers can be fitted with hoists or other transfer mechanisms to facilitate accurate vertical movements at workstations.
how it works
The electric monorail system (EMS) operates by using electrical current to power motorized carriers, each capable of transporting loads between 500 to 1500 kgs through various processes. We offer rail sizes of (H x W) 180mm x 60mm, 240mm x 80mm and 250mm x 125mm. Our EMS conveyors can travel at speeds of 120m/min. This quiet, precise conveyor system can be programmed to halt at designated points along the track, allowing for efficient and accurate transport.
